To delete Facebook status updates, you need to…
- Login to Facebook.
- Click on your name to go to your own wall page.
- Find the status update you want to update and click the pencil icon in the top-right of the status, then click Delete.
Warning: Deleting your Facebook history will not remove all traces of your browsing history. Files will still exist that are indicative of the websites you have visited. Click here to learn what else you need to delete. This is still true even if you have been using a ‘private browsing’ mode.
