How can I delete my history in safari

If you are using the Safari web browser, please follow the steps below to delete or clear your Safari history. (What browser am I using?)

Warning: Deleting your browser history will not remove all traces of your browsing history. Files will still exist that are indicative of the websites you have visited. Find out why clearing your browser history is not enough. This is still true even if you have been using a ‘private browsing’ mode.

Windows users – deleting Safari history
1. Click the gear icon, then click Show Menu Bar.
2. The click History and then Clear History

Mac users – deleting Safari history
Click History and then Clear History.
